Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
AqlGenix ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through aqlgenix.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with the Kingdom of Bahrain's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018).
Who we are
AqlGenix is based in Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain. For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@aqlgenix.com.
What we collect
- Details you send us through the contact form or by email: your name, email address, company name (optional) and the content of your message.
- Basic technical data that any website receives, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. Our hosting provider processes this to deliver and protect the site.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell your personal data.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal or estimate you asked for.
- To run, secure and improve the website, including protecting it from spam and abuse.
- To meet legal or accounting obligations if we enter into a business relationship.
Service providers
We use a small number of trusted providers to run this website and our email. They process data only on our behalf:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, security and email routing.
- Web3Forms — delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
- Google — email service (Gmail) and web fonts.
Some of these providers may process data outside Bahrain. Where they do, we rely on their published safeguards for protecting personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting business relationship, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email info@aqlgenix.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You also have the right to complain to Bahrain's Personal Data Protection Authority.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
